Minority Scholarships

According to Indian constitution, college provides scholarships to minorities (Sikhs, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists and Parsis). The student who desire to avail scholarship can fill the available forms attached with required documents and further submit to the incharges in scheduled time.

Documents required for this are as:-

Note:- Total 338 students have been awarded scholarships under this scheme and Rs. 19,42,734 credited in their accounts.

SGPC provides scholarship to Baptised (Amritdhari) students.

Baptised (Amritdhari) girl students whose parents are also baptised (Amritdhari) will get scholarships at graduation and post graduation level. Eligible girl students will submit required documents to their incharges.

Scholarship for S.C. students

S.C. students whose family income per minimum is not more than Rs 1 lakh can avail the scholarship. Scholarship students can fill the required Performa and submit it to the incharge in scheduled time.

Scholarship for physically challenged students

College provides special scholarships for physically challenged girl students. Eligible candidates can fill the prescribed Performa and attached required documents within the fixed time. Required documents are proof of minimum 50% marks in previous class, medical certificate of 60% physical disability.

Topper Dharmik Parikhya Scholarship

Students scoring 70% marks in Dharmik Parikhya conducted by S.G.P.C can get the benefit of scholarship. These scholarships are divided into four levels.

First level upto 6th standard
Second level upto 9th to 12th standard
Third level – Graduation
Forth level – Post Graduation

Second level position holders are awarded amount of Rs 2100/-,
Third level position holders are awarded amount of Rs. 3100/- and
Forth level position holders are awarded with amount of Rs. 4100/-.

Note:- Sixteen  students won the scholarship in session 2021-22.

Nishkam Sikh Welfare Council

The college provides facility of scholarship to the students pursuing professional courses (B.C.A, M.Sc (IT), PGDCA) eligible candidates can deposit their testimonials to the incharges. Annual income certificate (less than 2.5 lakhs) maximum 60% marks of previous class.

Note:- The scholarship of Rs. 2,15,000/- to 12 students and Rs. 2,76,000/- to 15 students have been awarded in the session 2018-19 and 2019-20 respectively.

Maulana Azad Education Scholarship

According to Indian constitution college provides scholarship to minorities i.e. Sikhs, Muslims, Buddhist, Christian) eligible girl students can avail this scholarship after fulfilling these conditions

Dr Hargobind Khurana scholarship

Girls students studying in school can avail this scholarship. Deserving students fulfill the condition written below

Special Note:- Student will provide required documents according the change in norms and conditions for all types of scholarships. Student can avail only one scholarship at a time.
